Users on the Stevi / Three mile gravity system have made semi-annual payments on the system for the past 30 years, assessed on their property taxes at $16 per irrigated acre. The final payment on the gravity system was made in February 2016, so that assessment will no longer appear on Three Miler users' taxes.
